Animated Gifs in Photoshop

Photoshop
NEW DOCUMENT - 72dpi
Background - transparent
go to WINDOW then ANIMATION
ELLIPTICAL MARQUEE TOOL
draw an circle, fill with paint bucket
go to LAYER then NEW
LAYER then OPACITY alter opacity level on each layer
On the animation window can alter speed.

A simple animated gif!

I think I might create one for my splash page!
