This is the 'hello' page, the news iframe is on the right, this links to the news page, where any text and images can be added, when it is full a scrollbar comes up so you can see it all and the size of the screen doesn't change.Made the page links on dreamweaver. They will stay the same on each page and each page will link to each other one. I created a css file for this text.
